By accessing or using DukanBook (available at dukanbook.in and our mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and shop owners who use DukanBook for business management.
2. Description of Service
DukanBook provides a digital shop management platform that includes features for billing, expense tracking, inventory management, payment tracking, revenue analytics, and data backup. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice to users when possible.
3. User Accounts
To use DukanBook, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use DukanBook only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the platform. You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; share your account credentials with others; use the service to harm, harass, or defame anyone; or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create and store in DukanBook. This includes your shop information, product catalogs, bills, invoices, expenses, and payment records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time through the app or by contacting our support team.
6. Payment & Pricing
DukanBook offers a free tier that includes core features at no cost. We may offer premium features or plans in the future. Any paid features will be clearly communicated with pricing details before you commit. All payments, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
DukanBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (if applicable).
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of DukanBook after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
